Who  I am 

Hotel & tourism professional with a linguistic studies background. For the past 15 years I have proven to be an innovative, goal-driven and hands-on luxury hospitality team leader with a passion for customer service excellence but also strong revenue management, marketing and online distribution skills . I gained solid team building/coaching and recruitment experience in fast-paced work environments.  Fluent in English, Spanish, German, French and Greek. I love travel, nature and sports and am living in Zurich with my family.
